Hello valuable customers, my name is Justin and thank you for choosing Sprinter Tech Direct. I am dedicated to assisting you with questions, comments and concerns about your Sprinter. Here are my credentials:
- Employed with various Mercedes Benz dealers since 2014
- Kick-started career as Sprinter Apprentice at MB of Catonsville in Maryland in 2014
- A year after my apprenticeship, I was promoted to Line Tech in MD solely focused on Sprinters
- Three years later, I was promoted to Sprinter Team Lead
- Maintained high level of customer satisfaction & strict fix first visit mentality
- Currently, Sprinter Team Lead for MB Van Center Maple Shade in NJ
- First shop personnel & assisted in shop opening
- I possess a wide variety of certificates from MB
- Including: diagnostic & electrical classes, vehicle systems
- 2020: One of 8 out of 147 nominated for diagnostic challenge on Sprinters in Las Vegas (unable to compete due to COVID)
- 2023: 42 out of 292 Shop Foreman/Diagnostic Techs
